FINNLINES FINANCIAL REPORTING IN 2012

Finnlines Plc will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin 2011 on Tuesday 28 February, 2012 (a change to the quarterly report published on 8 November, 2011 where the Financial Statement Bulletin was announced to 1 March, 2012). The Annual Report will be published during the week commencing on 26 March, 2012 at the latest.

In 2012 Finnlines' Interim Reports will be released according to the following schedule:

• January-March on Thursday 10 May, 2012
• January-June on Thursday 26 July, 2012
• January-September on Tuesday 6 November, 2012.

Finnlines Plc's Annual General Meeting will be held in Helsinki on Tuesday 17 April, 2012. The Board of Directors will announce the notice of the meeting at a later date.
