IMPORTANT DATES IN 2013

Finnlines Plc will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin 2012 on Tuesday 28 February, 2013.  The Annual Report will be published during the week commencing on 25 March, 2013 at the latest.

In 2013 Finnlines' Interim Reports will be released according to the following schedule:

• January-March on Tuesday 7 May, 2013
• January-June on Tuesday 30 July, 2013
• January-September on Tuesday 5 November, 2013.

Finnlines Plc's Annual General Meeting will be held in Helsinki on Tuesday 16 April, 2013. The Board of Directors will announce the notice of the meeting at a later date.
