Caring for the environment is an important part of our daily work at Finnlines. We have worked steadily setting short term goals with excellent long term results. In comparison to our 2008 levels, we have reduced the emissions of our entire fleet by 30%. We have set ambitious goals for the future. Keeping in line with the strategy of the UN’s International Maritime Organization (IMO), we want to reduce our absolute carbon dioxide emissions by at least 50% by 2050.
