Port of Gdynia, (www.port.gdynia.pl) – ice and tide free, all year round, multipurpose port with terminals dedicated for container, ro-ro, general cargo and bulk cargoes.
OT Port Gdynia Ltd, (https://otpg.pl/en/) General cargo and ro-ro terminal that Finnlines vessels call offers transhipment, stowing, warehousing and value added services to all kinds of conventional general cargoes in seaborn trade as well as ro-ro cargoes.
Part of the terminal dedicated to ro-ro transhipments spreads along the Basin V of the Gdynia Port. Initiated on the 1st August 2001, it consists of the three modern ramps, newly built or refurbished warehouses, sheds, and strengthened open storage areas.
Area surrounding the Basin IV of the Gdyna Port is dedicated for conventional general cargoes, such as: steel products, bagged cargoes (i.e. rice, sugar, milk powder, cocoa and coffee, fertilizers etc.), as well as bulk cargoes including coke, coal. Granite blocks, heavy and over measurement cargoes, and containers are handled in that area too. Part of the warehouses at the Francuskie berth is dedicated to serve and store perishable goods, like bananas and exotic fruits.
