New extranet version launched for Hansalink traffic

The next generation of our extranet application is here. We have invested in first class user experience, both in desktop and in mobile interface.

Our new application offers multilingual support in English, German, and Swedish, ensuring a seamless experience for users from diverse language backgrounds.

Experience fast response times and clear communication within the application, enabling efficient interactions and information exchange. Enjoy an easy-to-use interface with responsive design, making navigation and interaction intuitive across various devices and screen sizes.

Benefit from real-time capacity calculation and up-to-date booking and allotment information. The application guides users to optimize their capacity usage effectively, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

The new application will be available for our Helsinki-Travemünde traffic on Monday, 30 September. The first departures to only use the new version of extranet is the 15:00 departure from Helsinki on Wednesday 2 October and the 02:00 departure from Travemünde on Thursday 3 October.

From 30 September onwards, it is no longer possible to make reservations in the old extranet for departures on 2 October and onwards.
