The Vuosaari harbour has one electric car charging point (22 kW), located inside the check-in gate.
Tunnel to be closed to traffic in January 2026
Renovation work in the Vuosaari tunnel will begin on 6 January 2026, when the tunnel will be closed to traffic. The estimated closure period is approximately one year. During this time, traffic will be diverted to a detour route from Ring Road III via Itäväylä’s Kallvikintie and Niinisaarentie to Vuosaari Harbour.

Renovation of Vuosaari road tunnel and how to get to Vuosaari Harbour
Renovation work in the Vuosaari tunnel will begin on 6 January 2026, when the tunnel will be closed to traffic. The estimated closure period is approximately one year. During this time, traffic will be diverted to a detour route from Ring Road III via Itäväylä’s Kallvikintie and Niinisaarentie to Vuosaari Harbour.
In front of the terminal building is a paid parking garage managed by EuroPark. Check the parking prices and payment methods on the EuroPark website.
The maximum parking time in the area without a parking contract is three weeks. Please note that the height limit of the parking garage is 2.3 metres.
You can easily reach the harbor by public transportation!
Please always check the current timetable, routes and fares from Helsinki Region Transport (HSL).
There is also an HSL ticket machine at the Hansa Terminal.
