More flexibility

Star Club members will be granted amended modification terms to all new special category bookings 1.12.2021–31.12.2022. 

The journey must have been booked directly through the Finnlines online booking system by 30.4.2022.

The amended terms are as follows:

  • The departure date of the booking can be forwarded once maximum until the end of 2022. If you change to a departure with a higher fare, you will have to pay the difference between the original and new ticket. There is a minimum charge fee of €30 on the Helsinki–Travemünde route and €15 on the Naantali–Långnäs–Kapellskär- and Malmö–Travemünde routes.
  • The last possible date to make new bookings with the amended modification terms is 30 April 2022.
  • The modification request must be made at least seven full business days before the original departure date.
  • Please note that if you change to a departure with a lower fare or cancel the trip, you will not be refunded.
  • ​Other bookings are subject to regular terms and conditions of carriage or special terms and conditions due to the coronavirus pandemic.
  • All modification and requests are to be submitted in writing using the following form: www.finnlines.com/amendment.

Original travel period: 1.5.–31.12.2021
New possible travel period: max.12 months from the original departure date

Special conditions: The departure date of the booking can be changed twice. The booking can be moved up or forwarded by a maximum of 12 months from the original departure date. There is no charge for changing the ticket, but if you change to a date / sailing time with a higher fare, you will have to pay the difference between your original and new ticket. If you want to change your departure date, please, contact our call center at least seven full business days before the departure date.

Original travel period: 13.3.2020–
New possible travel period: max.12 months from the original departure date

Special conditions: The departure date of the booking can be changed twice. The booking can be moved up or forwarded by a maximum of 12 months from the original departure date. The price difference between travel seasons will be charged upon modification, if it applies. If you want to change your departure date, please, contact our call center at least seven full business days before the departure date.
