In your request, please provide your name and contact information, as well as your relationship to Finnlines: whether you are traveler, company representative, employee or other.

We may ask you for additional information during the processing of your request. In some cases, we may ask you to verify your identity.

We will respond to your request within 30 days. We will inform you what actions we have taken on your request or grounds for not fulfilling your request.
