More than 70% of all our employees work in Finland. In our country operations in Finland, we have a diverse group of professionals from different fields working in a variety of specialist roles towards our common goal. What we do
Our head office is located in the Port of Vuosaari in Helsinki. In addition we also have offices in Naantali and Turku in Finland, as well as representation in a few other Finnish ports, such as Långnäs in Åland.
We are united by responsibility, professional pride in the relevance of our activities and a passion for the maritime industry.
Our team of more than 200 people includes experts in areas such as cargo operations, passenger traffic, customer service, financial management, marketing, IT, purchasing and sales, HR and communications.

Summer jobs at Finnlines
Every year, summer workers are an important addition to our teams and we recruit summer workers for a variety of roles, both at sea and on land.
Onshore, summer vacancies can be in areas such as freight and passenger customer service, financial administration, and various departments depending on the summer.
We will announce summer vacancies on our website by January at the latest.
As employers, we are committed to a responsible summer work experience. We want our summer workers to have a good time, gain valuable work experience and feel a real sense of belonging to our working community.
