The easy-to-use document with responsive design, making the order process and interaction intuitive. The form to be completed with company, invoice and e-mail address, shipping company, vessel and sailing data, as well as the seal- and registration number of the trailer to be checked. The service enables both parties a more efficient planning of processes even eliminates waiting times, if the order note has to be given minimum 12 hours before trailer’s arrival at the terminal by using following E-Mail accounts

The service was originally available to trailers used transportation by road only, now it has been extended to intermodal transportation by rail as well.

For those customers taking advantage on Finnlines e-services, the loading instruction “Seal number(s) to be checked” has to be flagged and processed.
