Antwerp, Zeebrugge – Helsinki, Kotka

Please be advised that Mv Finneco 2 is expected to arrive to port of Zeebrugge late tonight.

Based on this, we can inform the following schedule:

This is to follow up on MS Finneco 1 schedule. Vessel has managed to get the pilot onboard and is now proceeding towards Antwerp where she will berth tonight. Cargo operations will start on Wednesday 11.3. morning. Cargo will be available for pick up starting 10:00.

This is to inform you that the port of Zeebrugge has been inoperative since yesterday evening due to a combined action by the Traffic Center and pilotage services.

As a result, all inbound and outbound traffic in the harbor has been suspended at least until tonight, and possibly longer. At the moment, no clear indication has been given as to when operations will resume.

Due to this situation, and considering that traffic to and from Antwerp is still running, we have scheduled M/V Finneco 1 to proceed there instead. If we succeed in berthing in Antwerp, we intend to discharge there all cargo originally destined for Zeebrugge as well.

Given the continuously evolving situation, we are unable to provide any guarantees at present, but we will keep you duly updated on any developments.

Due to expected disruption in the Belgian traffic system because of possible pilot action, the MV Finneco I schedule has been updated as follows:

The road tunnel in Vuosaari  is being renovated and the tunnel is not in use for the time being.
