Here’s how the application process works
1. Submitting the application
- We only accept and process job applications that come through our recruitment system. Applications are stored in our recruitment system and remain there for two (2) years unless the applicant decides to delete their application before then.
- You can apply for as many positions as you like, we always recommend that you submit a targeted application for all positions that interest you.
- If there is currently no positions available that are suitable for you, you can also submit an open application.

2. Processing of applications
- You will receive an email when your application has been submitted.
- The recruitingting manager reviews the applications together with HR.
- Those who progress to the next stage are contacted personally, sometimes during the application period. All applicants will be informed by email or telephone at the latest after the application deadline how the process will continue for them

3. Interviews
- We will organise two rounds of interviews on average, depending on the job, one of which will be a live interview in our office. Sometimes we only conduct one round of interviews and sometimes there may be more than one round of interviews in the process.
- We may carry out a personality assessment and/or aptitude test at the end of the recruitment process.
- All those involved in the interview process will be informed personally of our decision in accordance with the announced timetable.
