To ensure a smooth handover and reception process please note that trailers/containers are automatically allowed in and out of the port if the following information has been provided to HHLA TK Estonia by email to klienditugi@hhla-tk.ee:
- name of shipper/customer
- registration number of the pulling truck
- driver’s name and date of birth
- registration number/container number of the unit to be picked up/ to be shipped
- pick up/delivery date
- Finnlines’ booking reference

- kuljettajan nimi ja syntymäaika
- haettavan/tuotavan yksikön rekisterinumero/konttinumero
- nouto-/ toimituspäivä
